visible mildew poor soundproofing

The room seemed pretty run-down! The shower had visible mildew. REALLY disgusting. There also wasn't any soundproofing. I could hear EVERYTHING happening in the hallway and other rooms. It made getting a good night's sleep DIFFICULT.
